In the enterprise activities, in view of legal risks, legal advisers can be engaged in three aspects of pre prevention, in-process control and post remediation, which is operational.

1、 Check the legal affairs of the enterprise. Engaging in the legal affairs of an enterprise is the daily and basic work of an enterprise‘s legal adviser, and it is the direct task of the legal adviser.
