How to prevent natural disasters during decoration construction in rainy season

1、In the decoration construction, the remaining plates of the roof shall be bound and fixed with ropes or transported back to the material yard before the end of work every day.

2. During the decoration construction of the restaurant, it is necessary to check whether the temporary support is in good condition before the start and the end of the work every day. If it is found that it is not secure or hidden danger, measures shall be taken immediately for reinforcement.

3. In case of heavy rain, strong wind and lightning, the operation shall be stopped immediately and measures shall be taken in advance. The unfixed decoration materials on the roof shall be fixed in case of change in the weather.

4. In the process of decoration construction, in case of heavy rain, the power supply of all electric tools shall be cut off immediately. Hoisting and high-altitude operation are prohibited in lightning weather. After the rain, the power circuit shall be checked in a timely and comprehensive manner to eliminate potential leakage and ensure safety

5. Windproof and waterproof measures on site:

(1) For general decoration construction, the following preventive measures shall be taken: 1) close the doors and windows, and install special protective equipment if any;

(2) Important documents and articles shall be placed in a safe place;

(3) Articles that can‘t stand the rain outside shall be moved into the room or covered properly;

(4) Prepare flashlight, candle and other lighting items, raincoat, rain shoes and other rain gear;

(5) Doors and windows shall be repaired in case of damage;

6. On site lightning protection measures: in the process of decoration, the lightning rod must be set at the highest point of the truss, which is connected to the ground floor through the down lead. The ground resistance shall not be greater than 2 ohm.
