Zhaoxinfuli Plaza is located in Huangpu Development Zone, Guangzhou. It was built by Guangzhou zhaoxinfuli Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. with a total building area of 20114 and a total floor area of 4442, with 201 houses in total.

After inviting bids and the joint efforts of our company‘s personnel, we finally won the construction bid of this project on September 30, 2016. Guangzhou zhaoxinfuli real estate manager entrusted our company to construct the interior decoration project of Guangzhou zhaoxinfuli square demonstration area (lobby elevator corridor and model room). The project site is located at the junction of Qingnian Road and Youyi Road in the economic and Technological Development Zone. The total construction contract price is RMB one million one hundred and thirty-eight thousand only.
